Both waterfalls boast amazing views. They are also nestled in a state park that offers miles of hiking trails and hosts a lot of recreational outdoor activities!

One of the best waterfalls in New York, this Finger Lakes charmer forms a serene pool and creek below, tumbling down a towering wall of shale rock!

Buttermilk Falls

The water that cascades down this the Finger Lakes beauty also flows through several little waterfalls and swimming holes. Experience these through some hikes in the state park!

Cascading from 250 feet high, this gem is the highest in the region! If you want to explore the Hudson Gorge Wilderness Area, you must add this waterfall to your list. It has a couple of viewing areas!
